catastrophe before first cup of coffee kind of day

it seems spring is here in st. louis......the first buttercups are emerging, and the first tornado siren of the year went off today. Luckily we didn't even get a raindrop here, but it canceled Lily's trip to the zoo this morning. Instead we are heading out to the Magic House with Tiffany and Amelia. It is really one of the coolest places for kids anywhere. We just back a few days ago from Tennessee, after spending the weekend with family in Nashville. Lily was in heaven, playing with her cousins and all of their toys!
